Physical Products
- Returns accepted within 30 days of purchase.
- Refunds are partial and you are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Returns will only be accepted on unopened products.
- If the product has been opened, the return offer is void.
- A restocking fee applies to all returns, no exceptions.
- All returns must be authorized in writing by Eco Your Way LLC prior to sending items back.
- Unauthorized returns will be subject to disposal and are ineligible for credit.
Digital Products
- Due to the nature of digital goods, ebooks and other digital products cannot be returned or refunded.
- All sales of digital products are final.
