ECO YOUR WAY Return Policy

We stand behind our products and guarantee your satisfaction. Though it may be rare, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase please tell us about it.

We guarantee the quality of everything we sell. If you decide to return within 30 days, you will be given a partial refund on the product, you are responsible for return shipping costs. Returns will only be accepted on unopened products. The offer is voided if the product being returned is opened.

There is a restocking fee on all returns. NO EXCEPTIONS!

All returns must be authorized in writing by Eco Your Way LLC prior to returning the item(s) for a refund. Any items returned without authorization will be subject to disposal and ineligible for credit.

Any order discrepancies must be reported by email within 48 hours of product being delivered by shipping courier. The time will be calculated based on tracking details only. Contact hello@ecoyourway.com within 48 hours or delivery with your questions/concerns. After 48 hours we reserve the right not to honor any order discrepancies.
