ECO YOUR WAY Return Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks from the date of return, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us or send us an email at hello@ecoyourway.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions on how to return items purchased from us.

If your order is returned to us or our distribution center and there was no error on our part, then your item can be returned and may be subjected to a restocking fee at the discretion of Ecoyourway. 

Please understand that there are some items that we currently are unable to accept due to Covid-19. Please Contact Us or send us an email and we can discuss an alternative.

Please note that returns may incur a restocking fee at the discretion of Ecoyourway.

REPLACEMENT POLICY

We only offer warranties on products listed with the manufacturer warranty information in the product description. For products with no manufacturer warranty, we do not offer any warranties, nor do we offer replacements for wear and tear or damage from standard use. 

Most unopened and unused products purchased on ecoyourway.com may be returned within 15 days of the delivery date (subject to a restocking fee).

We also offer replacements for manufacturer’s defects and items damaged in shipment, as determined by our support team. 

If you believe you have received a defective product and may be eligible for a replacement, please contact our team via email at hello@ecoyourway.com. Images of any defects and proof of purchase will be required.
