Our Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our products and services. If you experience a problem with your order or access to your materials, please let us know so we can help.


Physical Products

If and when we offer physical products, the following applies:

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.
  • Returns are only accepted on unopened products in original condition.
  • If the product has been opened, the return offer is void.
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • A restocking fee applies to all returns.
  • All returns must be authorized in writing by Eco Your Way LLC before you send items back.
  • Unauthorized returns may be refused or disposed of and are ineligible for credit.

If you are unsure whether an item qualifies as a physical product, please contact us before attempting a return.


Digital Products

Digital products include ebooks, guides, trackers, bundles and other downloadable or online resources.

  • Due to the nature of digital goods and instant access, all sales of digital products are final once your order is completed.
  • Digital products cannot be returned or refunded.
  • If you have trouble accessing your files, receive the wrong product or believe there has been an error with your order, please email us so we can assist you.

Consultations and Services

For 1:1 consultations and similar scheduled services:

  • You may reschedule your session up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time at no charge.
  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or no‑shows, are not eligible for a refund.
  • If Eco Your Way LLC needs to cancel a session, you will be offered a reschedule or a refund for that session.

If you need to request a change, please contact us by email as soon as possible.


Order Discrepancies

  • Any discrepancies with your order must be reported by email within 48 hours of delivery (based on courier tracking for physical items or order confirmation for digital products).
  • Please contact: hello@ecoyourway.com within 48 hours.
  • After 48 hours, we reserve the right not to honor discrepancies.
  • Social media messaging is not considered email communication.
