We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options available. Depending on the shipping provider used, shipping date estimates may appear on the order confirmation.

We only use USA suppliers for our products. However, we are aware that some of them source these products from international suppliers. To account for possible delays in receiving your orders due to logistics or other factors, we offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders shipped to any address in the USA.

DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING?

Yes, we do! Standard free shipping is available on all orders shipped within the USA only.

ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMELINES

Orders are typically processed in 1-3 business days. We do not process orders over the weekend, or on USA recognized holidays.

All of our products are sourced from USA suppliers. However, we are aware that our suppliers purchase or source products from non-USA based manufacturers and distributors. Most orders will typically arrive within five (5) business days from the date of shipment. However in some cases, orders will arrive in 8-15 business days from the date of shipment. 

Delivery arrival times are estimates only and may change based on order volume or other circumstances, like weather-related delays, but you can track shipments once you receive your shipping confirmation. We appreciate your patience.

SHIPPING METHODS

Orders will be shipped via economy shipping using either UPS Mail or USPS standard shipping, depending on shipping location. With UPS Mail, UPS will distribute orders to local post offices for delivery. Both options will deliver within the same 5-15 business days after the date of shipment.

INTERNATIONAL IMPORT LAWS AND FEES

For non-US orders made on ecoyourway.com, there may be additional brokerage fees or surcharges as part of the customs and tax process. In addition, your government may charge you for receiving goods from the USA depending on their policies. Please review your country’s import laws and fees before placing your order as we cannot cover these additional fees or provide inaccurate customs forms to avoid them. We also cannot issue a refund for shipments that are lost, abandoned or refused due to unpaid local taxes/duties. Please be aware that orders can be delayed due to verification or time of the order being placed and may be delivered in separate shipments.
