Shipping Policy 

General Information 

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time of your purchase, we will notify you and provide you with a refund, using the original method of payment.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates based on the availability of your items and the shipping options available. Depending on the shipping provider used, shipping date estimates may appear on the order confirmation.

Delivery Time 

Orders are shipped within 48 hours. At the time of order, an estimated delivery time will be provided. Delivery times are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order and are to be used only as a guide.

 

Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within [2] business days of the date of your order. Business days are Monday through Friday, 9:00AM – 4:00PM EST, except holidays. Date of delivery may vary due to: delivery location, delivery method, carrier shipping practices, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments

Shipping and Tax Costs 

We offer Free Shipping on orders shipped to U.S. addresses. Upon checkout, sales tax will be displayed for a final cost. Please review the final cost before completing your order. Sales tax is charged according to the state, county or territory to which the item is shipped.

NOTE: Kindly check the receiver’s name and complete address for accuracy upon submitting your order. Eco your way is not at fault for incorrect recipient information entered. Incorrect recipient information includes but is not limited to: incomplete, missing, or incorrect information entered at the time of purchase. You may incur an additional cost if you update your order for any reason that requires a reshipment.

 

Order and Shipment confirmations are sent to the email address used at checkout.

Order Tracking

We will update your order with any tracking information provided by the shipping carrier. Please note that some orders using USPS may not have tracking numbers.

NOTE: Once an order is in the possession of a carrier, it is the responsibility of the purchaser to track and monitor the order to ensure a successful delivery.

Damaged Items

Please contact us at hello@ecoyourway.com within two (2) business days if there is any damage to the product.

International Shipping

For orders shipped to a non-U.S. address, there may be additional brokerage fees or surcharges as part of the customs and tax process. Also, your government may charge you for receiving goods from the USA. Please review your country’s import laws and fees before placing your order as we cannot cover these additional fees or provide accurate customs forms to avoid them. We also cannot issue a refund for shipments that are lost, abandoned or refused due to unpaid local taxes/duties. Please be aware that orders can be delayed due to our verification process. Items may be delivered in separate shipments.

ECO YOUR WAY Shipping Policy

1. DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING?

Yes, we do! Standard free shipping is available on all orders shipped within the USA only. Our products are shipped in sustainable or compostable packaging. We do not charge shipping on your orders…..ever!

2. ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMELINES?

Orders are typically processed in 1-3 business days. We do not process orders over the weekend, or on USA recognized holidays.

All of our products are sourced from USA suppliers. However, we are aware that our suppliers purchase or source products from non-USA based manufacturers and distributors. Most orders will typically arrive within three (3) to  five (5) business days from the date of shipment. However in some cases, orders will arrive in 8-15 business days from the date of shipment. 

Delivery arrival times are estimates only and may change based on order volume or other circumstances, like weather-related delays, but you can track shipments once you receive your shipping confirmation. We appreciate your patience.

3. SHIPPING METHODS?

Orders will be shipped via economy shipping using either UPS Mail or USPS standard shipping, depending on shipping location. With UPS Mail, UPS will distribute orders to local post offices for delivery. Both options will deliver within the same 3-15 business days after the date of shipment.
