Digital products such as ebooks are delivered electronically and are not subject to shipping, delivery times, carriers, or international import fees.

  • All orders for physical products are subject to product availability.
  • If an item is not in stock, we’ll notify you and issue a refund using your original payment method.
  • Shipping and delivery dates are estimated based on product availability and carrier options.
  • Estimates may appear on your order confirmation.

Delivery Time
  • Orders for physical products ship within 48 hours of purchase.
  • Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and serve as a guide only.
  • Business days: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM EST (excluding holidays).
  • Delivery times may vary due to:
    • Location
    • Carrier practices
    • Shipping method
    • Items ordered
  • Products may arrive in separate shipments.
Shipping & Tax Costs
  • Free Shipping on all U.S. orders.
  • Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on the shipping address.

We ship physical products via:

 Order Tracking
  • Tracking details are provided when available.
  • Some USPS shipments may not include tracking numbers.
  • Once an order is with the carrier, it is the purchaser’s responsibility to monitor delivery.
Damaged Items
  • Contact us at hello@ecoyourway.com within 2 business days if your product arrives damaged.
International Shipping
  • Additional brokerage fees, surcharges, or taxes may apply.
  • Your government may charge import duties for goods received from the USA.
  • Please review your country’s import laws before ordering.
  • We cannot refund shipments that are lost, abandoned, or refused due to unpaid duties/taxes.
  • Orders may be delayed due to verification processes and can arrive in separate shipments.

  • Economy shipping via UPS or USPS Standard Shipping.
  • UPS Mail delivers to local post offices for final delivery.
  • Both methods deliver within 3–15 business days after shipment.
4. International import laws & fees?
  • Non-U.S. orders may incur brokerage fees, surcharges, or taxes.
  • Import duties vary by country — please check before ordering.
