These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Eco Your Way website, ECO Wellness Companion, educational resources, digital products, programs, consultations, and other services offered by Eco Your Way.
By accessing or using our website, purchasing our products or services, or using ECO Wellness Companion, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website, products or services.

Eco Your Way provides educational wellbeing resources, tools and support designed to help women better understand and support their everyday wellbeing.
Our offerings may include:

- Wellness Hub

- Individual Support
- My Way Forward
- Educational articles and resources
- Workbooks, guides and other digital materials
- Other educational wellbeing services
Offerings may change over time as Eco Your Way develops and updates its services.
2. Educational and Wellness Information
Eco Your Way provides educational and wellness information.
Our website, ECO Wellness Companion, the NERS Framework, Wellness Hub, My Way Forward, Individual Support, articles, resources and other materials are intended for educational and informational purposes.
They are not medical care and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition.
Information provided by Eco Your Way should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
If you have questions or concerns about your health, medications, symptoms, medical conditions or treatment, consult an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.
3. ECO Wellness Companion
ECO Wellness Companion is an educational wellbeing tool designed to provide practical everyday support across Nutrition, Exercise, Rest and Stress Management using the NERS Framework.
Companion Free allows you to add entries during your first 21 days of use. After the Free period ends, existing locally stored information remains available to view, but adding new entries requires Full Access.
Companion Full Access may be provided through a paid subscription or included for a specified period with an eligible Eco Your Way purchase.
Access periods, pricing and included features may vary by offer and will be described at the time of purchase.
Personal wellbeing information entered into Companion is designed to remain locally on the device and browser you use. Please review our Privacy Policy for additional information about how Companion data and access information are handled.
You are responsible for maintaining access to and appropriate security for the device and browser where your locally stored Companion information is maintained.
4. Individual Support
Individual Support includes one private Individual Support consultation plus 90 days of Companion Full Access, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
Individual Support is educational and wellness-focused. It is not medical care, diagnosis or treatment.
You are responsible for scheduling and attending your consultation.
Rescheduling, cancellation, missed-appointment and refund terms are described in our Refunds and Customer Support policy.
5. My Way Forward
My Way Forward is a guided 12-week ECO Wellness experience designed around the NERS Framework.
The program may include weekly guidance, practical exercises, reflection activities, a workbook, community access and Companion Full Access for the period described at the time of purchase.
My Way Forward is an educational wellbeing program. It does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment.
Your purchase provides access for your individual use. Program access, materials, access codes and other protected content may not be shared with another person unless Eco Your Way expressly permits it.
6. Orders and Payments
All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate billing, payment and contact information.
You authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the payment method you provide for the amount shown at checkout.
Eco Your Way reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order when reasonably necessary because of pricing errors, technical problems, suspected fraud, unauthorized transactions or other legitimate business or security concerns.
If we cancel an order after payment has been collected and the purchased product or service will not be provided, an appropriate refund will be issued.
7. Subscriptions and Renewals
Certain Eco Your Way services, including Companion Full Access, may be offered as recurring subscriptions.
When you purchase a recurring subscription, you authorize recurring charges according to the price and billing frequency disclosed at checkout until the subscription is canceled.
You may cancel a subscription to prevent future renewals.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, cancellation does not automatically provide a refund for a subscription period that has already begun.
Your access may continue through the end of a paid subscription period after cancellation.

8. Digital Products and Materials
Eco Your Way may provide digital materials such as:
- Workbooks
- Guides
- Educational resources
- Videos
- Articles
- Downloads
- Program materials
- Other digital educational content
Unless otherwise stated, your purchase provides a personal, limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the materials for your own individual use.
Digital products and materials may not be:
- Shared with others
- Copied or reproduced for distribution
- Resold
- Redistributed
- Uploaded to file-sharing websites or services
- Used to provide competing products or services
- Used commercially without written permission from Eco Your Way
Refunds for digital purchases are governed by our Refunds and Customer Support policy and applicable law.
9. Access Codes and Protected Content
Some Eco Your Way products or services may require an access key, order information, email address or other method of verifying eligibility.
Access credentials and protected program access are intended for the person who purchased or was authorized to receive the service.
You may not knowingly share access credentials for the purpose of allowing another person to obtain paid content or services without purchasing or otherwise receiving authorization from Eco Your Way.
We may suspend or revoke access where we reasonably believe access credentials are being misused, shared improperly, obtained fraudulently or used in violation of these Terms.
10. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise indicated, content created and provided by Eco Your Way is owned by or licensed to Eco Your Way.
This may include:
- Eco Your Way branding
- ECO Wellness
- The NERS Framework
- Wellness Hub content
- ECO Wellness Companion content
- Individual Support materials
- My Way Forward materials
- Logos
- Graphics
- Images
- Videos
- Workbooks
- Guides
- Downloads
- Articles
- Designs
- Website content
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of Eco Your Way intellectual property to you.
Content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, sold or commercially used without authorization from Eco Your Way, except where permitted by law.
11. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Misuse or interfere with our website or services
- Attempt unauthorized access to our systems or protected content
- Attempt to bypass access or payment controls
- Share protected access credentials to provide unauthorized access
- Upload or transmit harmful software or malicious code
- Reproduce or distribute copyrighted materials without authorization
- Use our content or services for unlawful purposes
- Use our services in a manner that materially interferes with another person's use of them
Eco Your Way may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address fraud, misuse, security concerns or material violations of these Terms.
12. Community Participation
Some Eco Your Way programs may include access to a private community or other participant spaces.
When participating, you agree to communicate respectfully and not post content that is unlawful, threatening, harassing, abusive, discriminatory, intentionally disruptive or that violates another person's privacy or intellectual property rights.
Do not share another participant's personal information, experiences, posts or other private community content outside the community without that person's permission.
Eco Your Way may moderate or remove content and may restrict community participation when reasonably necessary to protect participants, maintain the purpose of the community or enforce these Terms.
13. Content You Submit
If you voluntarily submit a review, testimonial or other content specifically for publication by Eco Your Way, you remain responsible for the content you provide.
Eco Your Way will not treat private Companion entries, private program reflections or other information designated as private as testimonials or promotional content merely because you entered or submitted that information while using an Eco Your Way service.
If we would like to use your identifiable experience, testimonial or similar content for marketing or promotional purposes beyond the context in which you submitted it, we may request appropriate permission.
14. Third-Party Services
Our website and services may contain links to or integrate with services operated by third parties.
Third-party services may have their own terms, privacy policies and practices.
Eco Your Way does not control independent third-party services and is not responsible for their content or practices.
15. Privacy
Your use of Eco Your Way is also subject to our Privacy Policy.
Please review the Privacy Policy for information about what information Eco Your Way may collect and how information associated with ECO Wellness Companion is handled.
16. Availability and Changes to Services
We may update, improve, replace or discontinue features, content, products or services over time.
We do not guarantee that every feature or service will remain available indefinitely.
Where you have purchased a specific product or service, we will make reasonable efforts to provide the access, materials or service included with that purchase, subject to these Terms and applicable law.
17. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Eco Your Way provides its website, educational materials, tools and services on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
While we aim to provide useful, accurate and current information, we do not guarantee that all content or services will be error-free, uninterrupted or suitable for every person's individual circumstances.
Individual experiences and outcomes may vary.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.
18. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Eco Your Way will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of our website, educational materials, products or services.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Eco Your Way's total liability for a claim relating to a purchased product or service will not exceed the amount you paid directly to Eco Your Way for the product or service giving rise to that claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
19. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Eco Your Way and its owners, employees and affiliates from claims, losses or expenses resulting from your unlawful misuse of our website or services or your material violation of these Terms.
20. Changes to These Terms
Eco Your Way may update these Terms when our products, services, business practices or legal obligations change.
When we update these Terms, we will revise the Last Updated date.
Changes become effective when posted unless otherwise stated or applicable law requires a different process.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer law provides otherwise.
